Ulthera

With Ulthera, Dr. Michalak can precisely deliver sound waves deep into the skin to thermally initiate the body’s own rejuvenating mechanisms. The doctor touches the smooth Ulthera ultrasound applicator to your face, which allows him to actually see beneath your skin and tissue.

Like other sonograms, an image is projected onto a screen that both you and Dr. Michalak can see. This same hand piece is then used to deliver low levels of heat energy at just the right depth below the skin to achieve a tighten and lift the tissue, while leaving the surface of your skin unharmed.

Thermage

Thermage promotes immediate collagen contraction through a gentle heating process. New collagen production occurs over a period of time following the procedure. Thermage uses radiofrequency technology to penetrate through the layers of your skin.

Gentle heating stimulates the skin resulting in the formation of new collagen as well as a tightening of existing collagen. Meanwhile, a special device cools the outer layers of the skin, keeping them intact. A typical Thermage treatment may take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the area treated.

Fractional CO2 Resurfacing

Our Fractional CO2 laser can make your skin smoother and tighter while reducing wrinkles and uneven pigmentation, age-related problems that can occur as collagen breaks down during the aging process. The fractional laser renews the outermost skin cells, revealing the underlying layers and stimulating collagen deposition. The result is tighter, younger looking skin.
